The 65 ground floor guest house apartments are modestly furnished with full kitchens "including microwaves", and are turnkey. Prices include local telephone service, TV cable, electric and access to Village amenities. (Additional charges may apply) Clusters of 12+ units share a courtyard and all have patios.
A limited number of units have screen rooms, or allow the ability to bring your pet. Studio $49*, One Bedroom $58*, and Two Bedroom $67*, and a two night stay is required. Apartments with screen-rooms require an additional $3 a night.
