Smoking is permitted on the patios. A $275 cleaning fee will be collected to return the unit to a clean air unit, if you fail to abide by this rule. • Additional housekeeping services are available upon request, at an additional charge. • Special unit requests are taken, but not guaranteed. • Only Cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover accepted. • A 10% Reservation fee is required to confirm a reservation and will be applied to final room charge. • Advance notice of 45+ days required for a refund. • The cancellation fee is always $25.00. |
