Our office can handle the transaction or these homes may be purchased directly from home owners by qualified applicants only. The Sales and Leasing office provides full service listing, advertising and sales service when requested from the owner.  Your home ownership includes use (for you and your guests) of all the facilities and amenities (golf has an additional charge) The campus also has a full service continuum of care, available at established rates.
